Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method selected. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time which will be clearly indicated on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through the carrier's website.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it please check with neighbors, mailboxes, front desk workers, and your local post office first. If you still cannot locate your package please contact us at nattolabsco@gmail.com within 7 days and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Prime Valley LLC is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.

International Shipping

We currently only ship within the United States but plan to expand worldwide in the future.
